At CarClimate Pro, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and other important shipping information.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes may affect delivery times.
  • We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package using the carrier’s website or the tracking link provided in your email.

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier before contacting us.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at carclimatepro@gmail.com for assistance.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If theft is a concern, consider shipping to a secure location.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are interested in an international order, please contact us before making a purchase. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply.
